Electronic Devices

The use of cell phones, smartphones, iPads, Kindles and other electronic devices for making or receiving telephone calls, including voice message retrieval and dictation, is permitted only inside one’s vehicle or in the very few designated cell phone and communication areas inside the Clubhouse.

Cell phones and all other electronic devices must be on silent or vibrate settings and not visible at all times on Club property.

Recognizing the increased usage of electronic devices in all aspects of everyday life, the following are permissible uses of such devices, provided that such usage is done discreetly and in respect of fellow members and their guests:

  • The use of electronic devices for sending and receiving texts and emails, and for reading of books, newspapers and magazines, is permitted only in the designated cell phone and communication areas inside the Clubhouse and on the lower level of the Clubhouse.

  • The use of electronic devices for picture taking, as well as for viewing personal photos, is permitted in all areas of the Clubhouse.

  • The use of electronic devices for picture taking is permitted on the golf courses, provided that such usage does not interfere with the pace of play.

Guests are reminded that, while standing in the Parking Lot, outside the Clubhouse, on the Play Deck or on the putting greens, calling, texting or emailing is absolutely prohibited.

The Professional Golf Staff, Starting Deck Personnel and Clubhouse Personnel, with the assistance of Club Management as necessary, will be authorized to enforce this policy. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation and compliance.
